Program Manager Pay Range: $58,700 annually Schedule: 40 hrs. Quality Assurance : Ensure the program delivers compassionate, individualized support that aligns with BAMSI’s mission and regulatory requirements (DDS). Hands-On Support : Mentor your team through challenges—from staffing to crisis intervention—while fostering a culture of growth and accountability. What You Bring Required : High school diploma/GED (Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology or related field preferred but not required). Essential : Valid driver’s license (Held for 3 years if under age 21) and reliable transportation. Understanding : Believe in and practice inclusion – you'll help individuals fully participate in community life. Skills : Clear communication, basic computer use, and teamwork.
