Resident Care Assistant / Caregiver Part Time: AM Shift (6:00am - 2:30pm); Saturday, Sunday, and Monday Part Time: PM Shift (2:00pm - 10:30pm) $22.45 an hour LOTS of Opportunity in a Stable & Beautiful work environment. 401k with Employer Match (including part time and per diem). The Resident Care Assistant performs personal care and non-personal care assistance to residents with activities of daily living in a manner that enhances the resident’s sense of personal choice and autonomy. Assists residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting and exercising. Transfers, transports and escorts residents as needed. Changes bed linens, makes beds and keeps rooms clean and orderly. What You Will Bring Our ideal candidate will be reliable and follow safety procedures and duties assigned by a supervisor. At least one year caregiving experience, preferably in an Assisted Living or health care center; or equivalent experience Ability to work in a health care and CCRC environment Knowledge and practice of safe lifting and back care techniques Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English High school graduate or equivalent.
