Now Hiring: Production/Packaging Associate

Location: Annandale, MN

Pay: $18.00/HR

Shift: 1st shift: 7:30 AM- 3:30 PM

Employment Type: Full-time-Trial to hire

About this Opportunity:

Looking for dependable employees to assist with packing and preparing meat products for shipment. This is a hands-on production position in a food manufacturing environment. Candidates should be comfortable working on their feet, working at a steady pace, and working in a cooler environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Package and box meat products according to company standards
• Place products into appropriate packaging, boxes, or containers
• Label, weigh, and prepare finished products for shipment
• Inspect products and packaging for quality
• Keep up with production and packing line expectations
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area

• Dependable attendance and ability to arrive on time
• Comfortable working around raw and/or processed meat products
• Able to work in a refrigerated or cooler environment
• Able to stand for the majority of the shift
• Able to perform repetitive hand and arm movements
• Able to lift approximately 30–50 lbs. as needed
