Job Title: Lumber Yard Worker- CHEHALIS, WA
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Lumber Yard Workers to join our team and assist with stacking, tagging, wrapping, and strapping lumber bundles in a busy outdoor lumber yard. This physically demanding role requires the ability to lift and move materials throughout the day and work comfortably in all weather conditions.
Responsibilities

• Stack, tag, wrap, and strap lumber bundles.
• Lift and move materials consistently throughout the day.
• Label wood accurately.
• Assist with inventory management.
• Handle materials safely and efficiently.

Essential Skills

• General labor skills.
• Material handling expertise.
• Ability to perform physical labor.
• Comfort with outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
• Steel-toe boots required.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse, construction, landscaping, or lumber yard settings is a plus.
• Forklift experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

Work Environment
The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The role requires working outdoors in all weather conditions, and employees are expected to wear steel-toe boots. The environment is fast-paced, and teamwork is essential to success.

This is a Contract position based out of Chehalis, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
