Program Manager- Print and Mail

About the Role Maintains strategic oversight of all program elements across a cross-regional or national portfolio of assigned accounts with annual revenue between $850k and $2M. Responsible for oversight of the Sales/TCO Process, Implementation Process, and Program Management Process. Builds strong relationships with key decision makers at each assigned account to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability. Responsibilities Program Management : Directly manage assigned resources for the full spectrum of the Sales/TCO, Implementation, and Program‑Management processes at each account. Provide advisory support for change management, leveraging expertise, metrics, and account team insight to optimize program performance. Relationship Management : Develop and manage relationships with daily and senior level administrators at each account. Resolve complaints escalated by the Program Administrator or other end users. Maintain regular contact with key client contacts and ensure effective relationships with third‑party suppliers/vendors, monitoring performance against KPIs, SLAs, and customer expectations. Business Development : Work with Sales and Strategy to formulate proposals for business expansion within existing clients. Support the Strategy Team with operation analysis, recommendations, and effective portfolio management to meet service expansion goals. Lead operations involvement in the sales process for new business generation. People Management and Development : Conduct effective performance management with direct reports, complete annual performance reviews, train and mentor staff, provide two‑way communication, coach development, recruit and select key roles, and contribute to succession planning. Manage resource allocation and support HR initiatives. Continuous Improvement : Foster a culture of continuous improvement, implement the customer relations plan, maintain operational compliance, share standard practices, and coordinate resources for on‑site operations. Financial Management : Accountable for the financial performance of accounts against budget. Develop structured plans for profit enhancement, analyze monthly performance progress reports, manage forecasting, develop productivity and performance measurements, ensure contract compliance, and maintain timely billing and invoicing processes. Qualifications and Experience Base salary range: $77,180.00 - $105,980.00 annually. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. 7 years related experience, including management experience. Operations and financial knowledge with experience as a Program Manager in a Technology or Professional Services environment. Strong leadership ability, interpersonal and communication skills. Problem solving and analytical skills. Significant experience in a customer service oriented environment. Experience interfacing with senior level customer contacts. Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record; up to 40% overnight travel required.
