Job Title
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and supervise resident care in accordance with physician orders and care plans.
- Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff during assigned shifts.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes to the physician.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure documentation meets regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
Qualifications:
Licensed Vocational Nurse
CPR
