ICU Float Registered Nurse

Trusted Health is seeking an experienced ICU Float Registered Nurse to deliver high-acuity care across multiple intensive care units. In this role, you’ll flex your critical care expertise as you float between medical, surgical, neuro, and cardiac ICUs, managing ventilators, vasoactive drips, and invasive monitoring while responding to rapidly changing patient conditions. You’ll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, educate patients and families, and uphold rigorous safety and quality standards.
