Your Future Challenges

The DPE (Department of External Providers) of the Dommage Abeille IARD & SANTE Directorate is looking for its new intern to support the team in the administrative management of Indemnization Providers.

Your main tasks will include:

• Updating/formalizing Indemnization procedures for Experts, Indemnization Managers, and Agents
• Taking minutes of various steering committees for Providers
• Compiling KPI data for statistical reporting
• Monitoring operational tests (evolution of results, correct application of rules, etc.)
• Analyzing/investigating the behaviors of the missioning tool for providers and creating supporting materials
• Studying and analyzing new client services to be implemented in conjunction with current procedures for our external providers
• Managing/filtering the email inbox for field reports from Agents

Your Work Environment

You will be attached to the DPE (Department of External Providers) of the Dommage Abeille IARD & SANTE Directorate.

You will work within a team of managers piloting networks of Experts/Repairers involved in all types of claims, assisting them in their daily tasks and participating in exchange meetings with these networks and workshops to follow up on action plans and implement new solutions.

You are preparing a MASTER's degree in Assistant Manager or Insurance and wish to orient your first experience within a major insurance company.

• You are motivated, curious, and eager to learn alongside a committed team
• You are meticulous, thoughtful, and have good verbal skills
• You are curious and demonstrate autonomy
• You have a good command of Excel and PowerPoint basics
• You show good common sense and a synthetic approach
