Pay: $18.00 - $50.00 per hour

18+ ONLY (Will be serving alcohol as part of this position)

SHIFT HOURS:

Monday-Thursday (2:30pm-9:00pm)

Friday (2:30pm-10:00pm)

Saturday (11:30am-10:00pm)

Sunday (11:30am-9:00pm)

If you are interested in this position, you have to have availability during most of these days at the times listed. Shifts are the entire day.

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest leaves with a positive experience. You must be able to be flexible and work in teams.

- Have or Learn knowledge about Korean Food.

- Be able to work in faced paced environment. Be prepared to work in a all you can eat environment as a server. This includes visiting tables more frequently, changing the metal grill plates at tables, being more attentive, and preparing and bringing out a higher quantity of meats.

- Be good in teams. Servers will need to help each other server tables at times, make drinks, and work around each other's schedules.

- Greet guests and take orders in a friendly and timely manner.

- Manage multiple tables and provide attentive service to ensure guest satisfaction.

- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and nutritional information.

- Operate POS system efficiently and accurately.

- Prepare food according to established procedures and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

- Demonstrate a strong commitment to food safety and handling practices.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with guests, ensuring that their needs are met and that they feel valued and appreciated.

- Collaborate with the kitchen and other servers to ensure seamless service.

- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, floors, and restrooms.

- Perform other duties as required to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting, preferably as a server or in a related role.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests and colleagues in a professional and friendly manner.

- Familiarity with food preparation, food handling, and food safety practices.

- Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment, supplies, and food items.

- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.

- Proficiency in food handling and food safety practices.

- Knowledge of culinary procedures and menu items.

- Strong sales skills and the ability to upsell and promote menu items.

- Excellent guest relations and communication skills.

- Ability to prepare and serve food in a timely and efficient manner.

- Familiarity with POS system.

- Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
