Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Senior Business Analyst on behalf of our client in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Loyalty Programs / Rewards Management and the Travel domain , with a proven ability to bridge business needs and technical solutions.

This role requires collaboration with business stakeholders, Product Owners, development, and QA teams to enhance loyalty platforms, rewards programs, and customer engagement solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for loyalty and travel-related applications.

• Support loyalty capabilities including points accrual/redemption, rewards, promotions, membership tiers, and partner integrations .

• Develop BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria .

• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Java development teams, QA, and business stakeholders throughout the SDLC.

• Support API integrations, system interfaces, UAT, defect resolution, and production activities .

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and requirement discussions.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Business Analyst experience.

• Strong Loyalty Program / Rewards Management experience is required.

• Travel domain experience is required , preferably within:

  • Airlines

  • Hospitality

  • Cruise

  • Online Travel Agencies (OTA)

  • Travel Technology

• Experience working with Java/J2EE-based applications .

• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and system interfaces .

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies .

• Strong experience creating business requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

• Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise-level Loyalty or Rewards Management platforms .

• Knowledge of loyalty functions such as points, rewards, promotions, membership tiers, redemption, and partner integrations .

• Experience working on customer-facing or digital engagement platforms within the Travel industry.
