We are seeking an experienced and compassionate ASC Registered Nurse to join our surgical team in our Tyrone Georgia ASC. This is a part time position. The role is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and coordination of patient care from pre-operative to post-operative stages (pre-op, PACU, OR duties). The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and a commitment to delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced surgical environment.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and deliver safe, high-quality nursing care throughout the perioperative periodServe as a circulating or scrub nurse, using specialized nursing knowledge and critical thinkingCollaborate with physicians, surgical teams, and other healthcare professionals to support patient outcomesMonitor and document patient information in accordance with facility standardsAdhere to infection control and safety protocols at all timesDemonstrate time management, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task effectivelyStay current with continuing education and demonstrate professional growthWhy Join Thomas Eye Group?Work alongside a dedicated and experienced clinical teamOpportunities for professional development and advancementCompetitive salary and benefitsSupportive and patient-focused work environmentQualificationsQualifications:Current Georgia RN LicenseBLS and ACLS certifications (required)Graduate of an accredited school of nursingMinimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital or ambulatory surgery center (ASC) settingPreferred Skills and Attributes:Strong clinical judgment and ability to correlate data with patient care plansExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in aseptic techniques and perioperative protocolsAbility to work efficiently in a collaborative team environmentCommitment to patient safety and quality improvement initiatives
