About the Role

As a Virtual Member Benefits Advisor , you'll work directly with individuals and families through virtual consultations, helping them understand available benefit options and guiding them through every step of the process.

Connect with Clients Virtually

Meet with clients using Zoom and other virtual communication platforms to understand their goals and recommend personalized solutions.

Educate & Support Families

Qualifications

Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, healthcare, retail, education, call centers, or leadership is beneficial—but not required . We welcome motivated professionals from all backgrounds.
