About the job you're considering

Capgemini is seeking a Salesforce Enterprise Architect  - Advisory Lead (Sr Manager level) to serve as the trusted advisor to a Fortune 500 client during a major acquisition. You will launch the engagement, act as the client's go-to authority on Salesforce strategy and lead the assessment and roadmap for consolidating two large, complex Salesforce estates.

Your role

• Establish the engagement: stakeholder alignment, governance, discovery plan, and early quick wins.
• Assess both Salesforce estates (orgs, clouds, data models, integrations, managed packages, licensing, technical debt, security and sharing models).
• Define the target-state architecture and consolidation strategy (org merge vs. multi-org vs. hub-and-spoke), with tradeoffs, risks, and sequencing.
• Build the integration roadmap covering data migration, identity/SSO, integration re-platforming, and Day 1 / Day 100 / end-state milestones.
• Advise executives on license rationalization, contract strategy with Salesforce, and operating model and CoE design.
• Shape follow-on work and guide the delivery teams that execute it.

Your Skills & Experiences

• 12+ years in CRM, including 8+ in Salesforce, with multiple enterprise-scale programs led end to end.
• Hands-on experience with org consolidation or M&A integration in a large multi-org environment.
• Breadth across Sales, Service, Experience, and Marketing Clouds, Data Cloud, and MuleSoft/integration patterns. Revenue Cloud, Field Service, and Agentforce are a plus.
• Strong grasp of LDV, data migration, sharing and security architecture, and DevOps/release management at scale.
• Executive presence: you're comfortable advising VP/C-level stakeholders and holding a point of view.
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or CTA-track, or Application and System Architect certifications, preferred.
• **Consulting background preferred. Travel as required.**"

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $117,930 - $223,591

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
