  • \n
  • Demonstrate cultural competence and the skills necessary to address the physical, psychological, social, educational, and safety needs of patients across all demographics.
  • \n
  • Provide case management support through collaboration with various healthcare professionals and community resources, facilitating a safe and comprehensive treatment experience.
  • \n
  • Complete documentation ethically and promptly, in compliance with departmental standards, to maintain the highest level of service delivery.
  • \n
  • Utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based modalities to develop individualized service plans that meet client objectives.
  • \n
Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse population that includes individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. By fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship, you will guide clients towards establishing healthier coping mechanisms and achieving long-term recovery. Your skill set will directly contribute to improved patient outcomes and a supportive clinic atmosphere.

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

\n
    \n
  • Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

  • \n
  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health settings.
  • \n
  • Committed to working 10 to 40 hours weekly, with the flexibility to take on more hours if desired.
  • \n
Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in outpatient therapy settings, familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR), and proficiency in various therapeutic approaches, including CBT, would be advantageous for this position.
