Responsibilities include: Leading the annual operating and capital budgeting process Preparing monthly financial statements, forecasts, and financial analyses Presenting financial information to the Finance Committee and Board of Directors Overseeing accounting operations, payroll, cash management, investments, and internal controls Coordinating and overseeing the annual audit Partnering with department leaders on budgeting, planning, and strategic initiatives Supervising finance and HR staff while promoting continuous improvement and operational excellence No two days are exactly alike.
