Meter Operations Supervisor — Utility Crew Leader

The City of Virginia Beach is seeking a Utility Crew Leader for the Meter Operations Team. This role leads field staff in maintenance and repair of water meters, lines, curb stops, and valves, and trains crews on metering infrastructure. Ideal candidates have extensive meter experience, knowledge of water distribution, and the ability to supervise, document work, and liaise with customers.
