Cardiac step-down RN*Will accept locals at a local reduced travel rate - seek details from AMStart Date: 8/10/26 Contract length: 8 weeks Shift/Hours: 3x12 Nights 1900-0730 License/Certifications: MD RN license, ACLS, BLS, CPI, NIHSS Ratio: 1:4 Patient Population: Adult / Geriatric Patient Diagnoses: Dysrhythmia/heart blocks with or without medical comorbidity, pre-op cardiac surgery and post-operative cardiac surgery /TAVR care/post op permanent pacemaker placement, post op mitral clips; medicine population on occasion Special procedures: EKGs, Drips: Cardizem, amiodarone, heparin, dopamine, dobutamine, Lasix, Hypertonic NA+ * Not titratable, within a parameter. Chest tube management, strict I&O, foley insertion and care, mobility using cardiac walker Special Equipment: Tele, Monitor Techs. IV Pumps (ICU Medical Plum Duo Infusion System), 02, tele monitoring, Pulse oximeter, VS machine, SCDs, bed/chair alarms, chest tubes, pericardial drains, Foleys, external cardiac pacer for epicardial wires Weekends: Every other weekend Floating: Required within the specialty and lower acuity's as needed Holidays: holidays required as they fall, as scheduled
