You will analyze client needs, develop operational strategies, and offer guidance to streamline processes, improve productivity, and drive business performance. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn’t clear.In this role, you will work closely with clients to analyze supply chain processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase responsiveness. You will provide guidance on technology and data analytics to create a connected and agile supply chain network. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
