Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Davison, MI Area
Pay: $48.44–$58.70 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time | 37.5 hours per week
Dates: ASAP – June 11, 2027
Hours: 7:30 AM–2:45 PM
Setting
- One student
- Student is approximately 8–9 years old
- Full-team approach with collaboration across school personnel
- Responsibilities include supporting behavioral and mental health needs
- School-based position at an Educational Technology Center
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior support strategies
- Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze student data
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other members of the student's support team
- Provide behavioral consultation and recommendations
- Support the student's social-emotional and mental health needs
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions based on data
- Provide staff guidance and training related to behavioral interventions
- Maintain appropriate documentation and progress reports
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a comprehensive approach to student support
Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred
- School-based behavioral experience preferred
- Experience with behavioral assessment, intervention planning, and data collection
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
