Pay: $30–$35 per hour
Employment Type: Full-Time

Franklin County Rehab is seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing team.

As an LPN, you will provide high-quality, resident-centered nursing care while collaborating with Registered Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and other healthcare professionals. You will play an important role in promoting resident safety, comfort, dignity, and overall well-being.

We are looking for nursing professionals who demonstrate strong clinical skills, value teamwork, and are committed to delivering safe and compassionate care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment.

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans, physician orders, and facility policies.

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately within the scope of practice.

• Perform wound care and other nursing treatments as assigned.

• Supervise, guide, and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other assigned staff.

• Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes in health status to the appropriate healthcare professionals.

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of nursing care, treatments, and resident progress.

• Promote resident dignity, independence, safety, comfort, and quality of life.

• Follow infection prevention practices, safety guidelines, and facility policies and procedures.

• Maintain professional standards and demonstrate compassion, accountability, and respect in all interactions.

• Current, unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license valid in the state of employment.

• Graduate of an approved practical nursing program.

• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills.

• Compassionate, resident-focused approach to nursing care.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative healthcare team.

• Dependable, organized, and professional work ethic.

• Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
