Job Duties: Greet customers and vendors at the front desk Answer incoming Calls Create Admit packets for Clinical Staff Keep up with office supplies and ensure Fax and Copier are operating properly Find and retrieve information from files in response to requests from authorized users. Keep Medical supply room stocked correctly at all times ensuring items that have expired are discarded properly. Assist clinical staff with Questions regarding medical supplies ordered for medicare and commercial patients. Scan or read incoming materials in order to determine how and where they should be classified or filed. Sort or classify information according to guidelines such as content purpose user criteria or chronological alphabetical or numerical order. Upload Consents Notice of Medicare Non Coverage and Emergency Preparedness Evacuation forms to patients chart. Perform general office duties such as typing operating office machines and sorting mail.
