Job Title: MIG Welder (Production Environment) – Urgently Hiring

Location: Sacramento, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
Type: Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
Drug screen and background required prior to start

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our team in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with MIG welding galvanized steel pipe and be comfortable working in a physically demanding role.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform MIG welding on galvanized steel pipe according to specifications
Operate welding torches, maintain welding shield and wear protective leathers
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
Read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings (if applicable)
Assist with other fabrication tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of relevant MIG welding experience required
Proficient in using welding tools and equipment
Must be able to stand throughout entire shift
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
