Key Responsibilities Evaluate, plan, and implement respiratory therapy treatments. Manage and operate ventilators effectively. Conduct arterial blood gas sampling and perform necessary analyses. Respond promptly to respiratory emergencies. Work collaboratively with physicians and nursing staff to ensure comprehensive patient care. Accurately document all aspects of patient care. Provide education and support to patients and their families. Adhere to safety protocols, infection control measures, and regulatory standards. Contribute to a patient-centered and team-oriented environment. Requirements and Qualifications Valid respiratory therapy license. Experience in acute and critical care settings is preferred.
