Helpdesk Analyst

Precision Resources, a division of The Trimarc Group, Inc., is currently seeking an experienced Helpdesk Analyst for a REMOTE role based out of Birmingham, Alabama. This position requires someone available work between the hours of 8AM and 5PM (Central Time), Monday through Friday. There is a weekend, on-call rotation as well. This role will pay up to $50K for the individual that best meets the requirements. W2 assignment. Weekly Pay. We are not entering into an Agreement with any 3rd party companies and will only consider US Citizens or those that possess a verifiable Green Card. Summary: The primary role of the IT Helpdesk Analyst is to serve as the main point of contact for supporting all first level IT support needs. This individual will work within a team environment to ensure coverage for various methods of inbound activity. Responsibilities: •Provides Tier One Support to end users including but not limited to workstations, proprietary software and desktop applications, printers, mobile devices, A/V equipment, network and internet connectivity. •Manage user accounts with working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Azure, Entra and Intune. •Familiarity with supporting Citrix, VPNs, computer networking and TCP protocols. •Collaborate with helpdesk peers and other technology departments such as in systems engineering, network, application development, software testing for problem escalation and problem resolution. •Schedule install of new hardware or software and/or existing workstation revisions with user. •Track and provide accurate documentation of issues. Requirements: •Minimum 4 years of recent, relevant Enterprise-level IT support experience. •Functional proficiency of Windows OS desktop/laptops technologies as well as capability to research and escalate complex issues to management, senior team members or other Information Services personnel as required. •Documented experience working with an Enterprise ITSM like ServiceNow, Avanti, Remedy to record and categorize all helpdesk incidents. •The role requires a strict adherence to providing detailed documentation, while following already-established processes/escalation procedures. •A track record of achieving robust performance metrics and navigating a strictly enforced SLA.
