Maintenance Helper – Pasadena, TX

Location: Baytown, TX
Pay: $18.50/hour
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

 

We are seeking a motivated Maintenance Helper to support our facilities team in daily operations. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in maintenance, assist with repairs, and help ensure a safe, clean, and efficient workplace.

 

Responsibilities:

• Assist maintenance staff with general repairs and upkeep
• Perform routine cleaning, organization, and preventive maintenance tasks
• Help with equipment setup, moving, and minor repairs
• Follow safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Report issues or needed repairs to the maintenance supervisor
• Support team efforts to maintain a safe and productive work environment

 

Requirements:

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift and carry materials as needed
• Reliable and punctual with good communication skills
• Prior maintenance or construction experience is a plus but not required
