Role Description The Financial Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Flagstaff, AZ. This role focuses on meeting with clients to understand their goals, assess their financial situations, and develop comprehensive financial plans tailored to their needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing investment options, providing retirement planning recommendations, and monitoring portfolios to help clients stay aligned with their long-term strategies. The Financial Advisor will prepare and deliver clear, compliant advice, maintain detailed documentation, and collaborate with internal teams to coordinate investment, insurance, and tax-related strategies. The role also involves ongoing client communication, participation in client review meetings, and support of business development efforts through relationship-building and referrals. Qualifications Ability to provide holistic guidance in Financial Planning and Financial Advisory, including client discovery, plan design, and ongoing plan management. Strong knowledge of Finance and Investments, with the ability to analyze risk, asset allocation, and investment products in line with client objectives. Experience in Retirement Planning, including Social Security strategies, income distribution planning, and long-term savings approaches. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to explain complex concepts in clear, accessible language. Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field; relevant certifications such as CFP, ChFC, or similar designations are preferred. Demonstrated integrity, attention to detail, and adherence to fiduciary and regulatory standards. Proficiency with financial planning software, CRM systems, and common office productivity tools.
