Key Responsibilities of the RN - Labor and Delivery

• Provide direct care to patients in labor and delivery, adhering to established protocols
• Monitor fetal heartbeat and maternal vital signs
• Assist with cesarean sections and emergency deliveries
• Collaborate with the healthcare team for optimal patient outcomes
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system

Requirements of the RN - Labor and Delivery

• BLS, ACLS, NRP, STABLE certifications
• Intermediate fetal monitoring competency
• 2+ years of nursing experience in Labor and Delivery
• Proficiency in C-Section circulation and SVE competency
