Your Role Meet customers to review their projects and power wash houses to prepare them for painting, ensuring all materials are ordered and delivered before paint crews arrive. Place marketing materials (signs, flyers) and engage with neighbors near our painting projects to generate new business opportunities. Conduct kick‑off meetings with customers and paint crews to provide an exceptional customer experience. Visit multiple job sites daily to inspect quality, report progress to the management team, and document the process with photos and videos for marketing and managerial purposes. Ensure painters are wearing company shirts, job sites are organized and professional‑looking, and company signage is in place. Walk around the house with the customer and paint crew at the end of the project to ensure the end product meets expectations and the customer is happy. Earn Google reviews and customer testimonials after a job well done, and collect final payments upon project completion. Your Skill Set Tech‑savvy and solution‑oriented: demonstrate proficiency in using computers and technology efficiently. Project management pro: strong project management, analysis, and critical‑thinking skills to handle multiple tasks and projects. Exceptional communicator: outstanding written and verbal communication skills to ensure clarity and purpose in all interactions. Your Qualifications Must have a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and the ability to carry a step ladder and power washer. Previous experience in construction management or estimating is preferred but not required. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Knowledge of the painting industry is a significant advantage. Your Rewards Competitive compensation: $25 per hour, plus bonus, commission pay, and tips. Flexible schedule that includes 8–12 hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with weekend availability.
