As an Unarmed Security Officer at a food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control activities. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate professionally with employees and visitors, and use computer or tablet systems as needed. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.19 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat07:00 PM - 07:00 AMSun07:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and communicating relevant information to appropriate personnel. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity or conditions. Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, observing visitor and contractor activity, and documenting entries, exits, and security-related incidents. Support a controlled environment around food production, storage, shipping, and receiving areas by reporting unauthorized access, damaged barriers, or other concerns to site leadership. Minimum Requirements: Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
