We are looking for a dedicated professional who models and holds others accountable to the Land Title Guarantee Company culture, acting as a coach and mentor to others in the organization. In this role, you will interact directly with clients to answer customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner. As a Customer Experience Officer, your impact is immediate. You won't just offer basic file processing; you will actively coordinate daily closing activities—including closing room schedules, calendars, meetings, and events—and process incoming customer orders by following work procedures for New Order Entry. You will meticulously compile personal profile information of sellers, buyers, and borrowers in our customer management software. By assisting in the creation, preparation, and distribution of reports, and compiling data for over/short reports and escheating, you will directly drive our organization's success. What You’ll Do As a Customer Experience Officer, you will be the face of Land Title, driving a seamless, positive closing process from the moment our clients walk through the door. Represent Land Title: Get involved in department marketing activities, which may include representing the company at after-hours functions as requested or required.
