RN CLINIC COORDINATOR

Join our Ambulatory Care Team at Moab Regional Hospital! The Clinic Coordinator works under the direction of the Clinic Nurse Manager to support the daily operations of the Family Medicine, Mental Health and Specialty Clinics. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a solid understanding of clinical practices and electronic medical records. This is a non‑exempt, full‑time, year‑round position. Starting pay range: $36.92 - $50.88 per hour, DOE. Anticipated schedule: Monday‑Friday, 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM. Starting date: ASAP. A sign‑on bonus is available for permanent, full‑time hire. Essential Duties, Skills, and Responsibilities Support the daily operations of the clinics under the direction of the Clinic Nurse Manager. Assist in orienting, training, and mentoring new clinic personnel. Provide constructive performance feedback, education, and coaching to foster staff development. Participate in clinical quality improvement projects. Fill in for staffing needs and other duties as assigned. Demonstrate teaching and leadership skills. Exhibit human relations and effective communication skills. Maintain excellent time management and organizational skills. Prioritize, multitask, and problem‑solve efficiently. Use computers, basic word processing, data entry, and electronic medical records. Lift and move up to 20 pounds unaided and beyond 20 pounds with assistance. Be reliable and timely with the work schedule. Minimum Qualifications Current RN license in Utah. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
