Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services within a residential inpatient addiction recovery setting, treating patients who reside on campus
• Manage a caseload of deconditioned individuals with high fall risk, patients with neuropathy, and those with orthopedic injuries including acute fractures, sprains/strains, and chronic spine-related pain
• Conduct evaluations with 60-minute treatment sessions scheduled every 30 minutes, targeting approximately 55 visits per week
• Document clinical notes using NextGen EMR, supported by a purpose-built AI documentation scribe tool designed to generate compliant clinical documentation in real time
• Provide intermittent front desk support as needed; no floating between locations required
• Adhere to a business casual dress code and maintain professional standards within a behavioral health environment

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Pennsylvania or eligibility to obtain
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist; new graduates will not be considered
• Experience or comfort working with adult patient populations
• Ability to meet productivity expectations in a structured outpatient clinic environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working with deconditioned patients, fall risk management, or orthopedic conditions
• Familiarity with NextGen EMR or similar electronic medical record systems
• Experience in or exposure to behavioral health, addiction recovery, or specialty treatment settings
