Outpatient Physical Therapist - Randolph, NJ New-Grad Friendly | Full-Time (40 hours/week) Base Salary: $90,000-$100,000 Total Compensation: $95,000-$120,000 (commensurate with certifications, experience, bonuses, and performance incentives) New for 2026: Eligible PTs may also choose up to $50,000 in student loan repayment assistance (RISE) or a $30,000 retention bonus paid over four years. What You'll Do Conduct patient evaluations and build individualized treatment plans. Provide hands-on therapy and meaningful patient education. Communicate consistently with patients, physicians, and care teams. Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes. Collaborate with clinicians and support staff to deliver exceptional care.
