• 7 am - 5 pm -- 10hr shifts, 7 days on / 7 days off block schedule
• Evening beeper call -- 2nd call; APP is first call
• 6 - 10 patients per shift -- assigned patient rounding
• Inpatient child & adolescent psychiatric unit
• 3 PA/NPs on staff -- APP supervision required
• Anxiety, affective, psychotic disorders -- involuntary commitments
• Vacancy coverage -- long-term permanent search
• Will accept multiple providers
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
