Underwrite, quote and bind eligible risks within established authority and guidelines. Build a profitable, well-managed portfolio through disciplined risk selection and responsive service. Connect retail partners with broader Bridge resources when a risk calls for additional specialization or market access. Active insurance license; Proven experience in binding authority, production underwriting or E&S insurance. Strong technical underwriting skills and sound risk-selection judgment. A commercial, solutions-oriented mindset with strong negotiation and communication skills.
