Throughout the internship you will attend regular events, weekly lunch and learn sessions, and receive customized training from our business units. Interns gain exposure to Stanley Black & Decker globally, and build a cross‑functional professional network. Interns are expected to adapt to change and demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, creativity, and confidence. They must be team‑oriented and collaborative. The Job Leveraging world‑class expertise in planning, sourcing, manufacturing, and delivery of tools, outdoor equipment, and industrial solutions. Build core professional skills in Supply Chain Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, and/or Distribution. Assist with documenting, testing, and training for new or enhanced reports; participate in sales & operations planning, capacity planning, and team meetings. Gain exposure to basic BW, SAP, JDA, business objectives, and vendor central system functionality. The Person Rising senior majoring in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Analytics/Planning, or related major. Interest in a leadership rotational program, willing to relocate within the same region. Demonstrated leadership values & behaviors; problem‑solving, initiative, communication, teamwork/collaboration. Passion and curiosity for the function and industry. Effective communication and relationship building skills. Proof of citizenship and/or legal work authorization in the region/country. English proficiency – native or bilingual fluency. Pay based on market location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Full‑time salary range: $33,400.00 – $53,700.00, varying by level, location, and qualifications.
