About This Role  

Kenect is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to own and improve the Salesforce platform and the business applications that support our teams. You will partner with Sales, Customer Experience, Customer Support, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to understand business needs, build scalable solutions, and improve everyday workflows. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role that combines system administration, technical problem-solving, and cross-functional project delivery. You will also help the team explore practical uses of AI and automation to reduce manual work and make our systems more effective.

What You Will Be Doing

• Design, configure, enhance, and maintain Salesforce applications, workflows, automations, reports, dashboards, and integrations that support business needs
• Administer and optimize Salesforce CPQ, troubleshoot issues, monitor system health, and perform ongoing maintenance to keep systems reliable
• Own technical projects from discovery and requirements gathering through design, testing, deployment, and post-production validation
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify technology gaps, improve processes, and deliver solutions that increase productivity and support business goals
• Support and integrate other business applications, including contact center tools, Nooks, ZRA, Claude, and related platforms
• Investigate complex system issues, identify root causes, and implement lasting solutions rather than temporary workarounds 
• Document technical designs, configurations, changes, and workflows clearly so others can support and build on the work
• Demonstrate new functionality, gather stakeholder feedback, conduct quality assurance testing, and refine solutions before and after launch
• Train and coach end users on business applications and help teams adopt new tools and processes
• Explore AI-powered workflows, agents, and automation opportunities, including Salesforce MCP integrations and development tools, to accelerate work and reduce repetitive tasks
• Prioritize competing requests, communicate progress clearly, and drive projects to completion with a strong focus on business impact

Skills & Qualifications  

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including ownership of complex configurations, system improvements, and cross-functional projects
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration, automation, reporting, dashboards, integrations, and system troubleshooting
• Experience administering and supporting Salesforce CPQ
• Ability to design scalable solutions, evaluate technical tradeoffs, and deliver high-quality work at a practical pace
• Experience gathering requirements, translating business problems into technical solutions, and managing projects through implementation
• Clear communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including business leaders and end users
• Strong analytical skills, curiosity, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Comfort working independently, managing priorities, and navigating ambiguity in a fast-moving environment
• Interest in applying AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve business productivity
• Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification preferred
• Experience with SaaS business applications, contact center platforms, sales enablement tools, or revenue operations systems preferred
• Hands-on experience with Claude Code, Claude Cowork, MCP servers, AI agents, or AI-powered integrations preferred
• Experience with Salesforce APIs, development tools, and deployment processes preferred
