Overview
Falcon Pacific Group is seeking growth-minded Licensed Insurance Agents who want to expand their impact, increase their earning potential, and build a scalable business through financial education and client-centered planning.
An active Life & Health insurance license is required. Experience in financial services, client advisory, or business development is preferred, with a focus on building client relationships and delivering comprehensive financial solutions.
Whether you're an independent agent, captive agent, or experienced producer, we provide the support, training, and systems to help you grow your practice and advance your career.
Next Step: Qualified candidates will be invited to attend a confidential introductory session where we will walk through the system, expectations, and growth path in detail.

$250,000 at plan earnings
Responsibilities:- Work with clients to assess financial needs and develop personalized strategies.
- Participate in structured coaching and mentorship programs.
- Conduct consultations and personalized planning sessions
- Build long-term client relationships based on trust and service
- Collaborate with experienced professionals and industry leaders
- Develop leadership skills and mentor future financial professionals
- Attend virtual and in-person training to enhance financial expertise.
- Active Life & Health insurance license is required.
- Experience in financial services, client advisory, or business development is preferred.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust and service.
- Proven track record of developing personalized financial strategies for clients.
- Strong communication skills to conduct consultations and planning sessions effectively.
- Willingness to participate in structured coaching and mentorship programs.
- Ability to collaborate with experienced professionals and industry leaders to enhance expertise and service delivery.
