Part‑time Merchandiser, Busch Gardens Williamsburg Responsibilities Assist in the setup and maintenance of compelling in‑store displays, signage, and product arrangements Follow brand and park guidelines to ensure consistent presentation across locations Refresh displays based on seasonal events, promotions, and product launches including store decor and theming Collaborate with operations teams to ensure product placement supports sales goals Assist with inventory rotation and stockroom organization Participate in daily walk‑throughs and help maintain store visual standards Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Prior retail experience required Visual Merchandising experience preferred Valid state driver’s license; will be able to obtain a company driver’s license A creative eye and an interest in retail or design Attention to detail and pride in presentation Ability to work independently and follow direction Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, guest‑facing environment Comfortable with working on a ladder Ability to stand for entire shift Ability to lift, push/pull up to 60 pounds Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions Comfortable with completing all cleaning duties, including use of cleaning chemicals Other duties assigned by management Compensation $13.00 per hour Benefits Fun, fast‑paced environment and great teammates FREE park admission Discounts on park admission tickets and passes for family and friends Park discounts on food, merchandise, etc. Scholarship opportunities Exclusive employee events and giveaways SEAWORLD PARKS & ENTERTAINMENT IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
