Client is considering only local candidates for this position./ph3Job Description/h3pSeeking an experienced Automated Test Engineer to provide testing support in the evolution of a state government department of motor vehicle enterprise software application suite. As a member of the project team, the Test Engineer will work in an interactive environment with quality and technical staff to ensure a high degree of collaboration in support of a successful overall solution. Responsibilities for this role will include developing a test automation framework using Selenium/Web Driver and custom tools. The Test Engineer will also integrate test suites into TFS and custom test harnesses and perform other testing related duties as required./ph3Qualifications/h3p3+ years of experience in test automation with a minimum of one year in windows application/Web/Database browser based server side application environment./pp2+ years of experience utilizing software development design tools and processes (i.e. Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS), Visual Studio, SharePoint, Visio, etc.). Solid TFS experience is strongly desired./ppExperience in the utilization of an industry accepted, structured software development life cycle methodology with emphasis on AGILE Methodology./ppBachelors Degree in Computer or Software Engineering, or related experience./ppFamiliarity with basic architecture of multi-tier browser based applications including networking, operating systems, browsers, servers and clients./ppDesired (not mandatory) experience working on enterprise business applications in the Motor Vehicle industry (i.e. Driver Licensing, Driver Control Improvement, and / or Vehicle Titling Registration)./pp3+ years of experience with QA methodologies and software testing./pp3+ years of experience with Selenium automated testing./pp2+ years of coding experience in.Net, C#, Java and JavaScript./pp1+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server./ppFunctional, UI, System Integration and performance test automation expertise/ppAbility to work collaboratively with business stakeholders and software development team./ppCandidate must be an excellent communicator./ppPerform duties independently under general, minimal supervision within specific assignments./ppPreferred Skills/ppDesired experience for QA Lead to have experience in testing business applications in the Motor Vehicle industry (i.e. Driver Licensing, Driver Control Improvement, and / or Vehicle Titling Registration)./ph3Additional Information/h3pAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
