Pay Range: $2,291.03 - $2,405.58 per week

Schedule: 40 hours/week, Weekdays Monday-Friday

Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Candidate Type: Traveler friendly – travel reimbursement available

Requirements:

• Qualified applicants MUST have at least 1 year of experience in the Home Health setting
• Qualified applicants MUST have a valid SLP license and be willing to obtain GA or Compact licensure
• Valid Profession license
• Be willing to obtain State licensure

• Perform skilled speech therapy assessments and create individualized care plans (SLP)
• Provide speech-language therapy visits focusing on patient communication and swallowing (key skills)
• Utilize industry-standard documentation and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (industry keywords)
