Senior Pricing Analyst

Job Overview The Senior Pricing Analyst will support the McKesson Provider Solutions organization within O&M. The analyst will possess strong analytical skills and experience to provide problem‑solving and financial decision‑making by analyzing pricing and profitability reports for products and customers. This key pricing position will provide a wide variety of statistical and analytical reporting services and will report to the Sr. Manager of Multispecialty Provider Pricing. Key Responsibilities Manage pricing for Multispecialty or Oncology customers by analyzing and approving price requests for the sales group. Financial analysis of product and customer profitability. Provide thought leadership and innovation for process improvements. Prepare and distribute pricing reports to sales and finance leadership. Gather and analyze data to prepare customer pricing. Support the Sr. Pricing Manager in key pricing initiatives to drive profitability. Build effective cross‑functional relationships within the company (marketing, finance, sales, contract management, etc.). Minimum Requirements Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience. Education: BS/BA in finance or a related field. Critical Skills and Knowledge 4+ years in a pricing or analytical capacity or similar financial analysis. Must possess advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of finance practices is a plus. Healthcare experience is not required but a plus. Specialized knowledge & skills: computer proficiency with working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), including query and complex spreadsheet development. Experience with SAP software would be a plus. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, professional communication skills, and ability to work with cross‑functional teams. Salary Annual base pay: $74,900 – $124,800 USD. MIP of 5% included. The package also may include an annual bonus or long‑term incentive opportunities.
