Shift: 07:00-15:30 Contract Length: 13 weeks

Assignment Details: Guaranteed Hours: Contract Weeks: 13

Requirements:

• Ability to interpret physician orders.
• Experience in administering and interpreting tests and measurements.
• Knowledge in developing functional goals based on patient and/or family expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Administer evaluations and develop treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Modify treatment plans by reviewing patient charts and progress prior to treatment.
• Facilitate the development, improvement, or restoration of skills in activities of daily living.
• Collaborate with patients and families to set and achieve functional goals.

Dress Code: Navy blue scrubs.
