Rate: 75k-90k

Job Duties

• Oversee daily operations of the establishment
• Ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction
• Train and supervise staff members in their respective roles
• Create work schedules and assign tasks to employees
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for business growth

Requirements

• 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or operational environment, or equivalent expertise
• Understanding of industrial and manufacturing principles, standards, methods, and practices
• Excellent knowledge of coffee, restaurant, bartending, or hospitality industry
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Experience in food service management or hospitality management preferred
• Proficient in team management and delegation of tasks
• Knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques
• Ability to conduct interviews and select qualified candidates for employment
• Familiarity with hotel operations is a plus
