Associate QA

Responsibilities and Qualifications Collaborate with development and other QA teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and issue resolution. Actively participate in test planning activities. Design comprehensive, well-structured test cases achieving maximum test coverage for applications. Functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing on Web and Mobile applications. Participate in test automation and Perf Testing as required using tools like Selenium, JMeter and Locust. Employ a basic understanding of client-server architecture, and REST APIs to aid in testing processes. Perform API and DB testing for application. Track the issues, find the root causes and provide comprehensive complete bug report. Maintain the defect management cycle. Provide relevant documentation, test summary reports as required. Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude towards cross‑functional teamwork. A passion for delivering high-quality software and constantly improving QA practices. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 1–2 years of Quality Assurance experience in Agile projects. Experience in Test Automation, basic scripting and Perf testing using tools like Selenium, JMeter or Locust, are a plus. Basic programming knowledge in at least one language (Java, JavaScript, Python, etc.) is a strong advantage. Hands‑on experience in Functional, Regression, Integration testing on Web and Mobile application. Proficient in using of browser Dev Tools. Knowledge of API testing with including tool like POSTMAN and SOAPUI. Basic database testing experience in MySQL and MongoDB and familiarity with tools such as SQL Workbench and Mongo Compass. Experience of comprehensive bug reporting and defect management using tools like Azure DevOPS or Jira.
