School Bus Driver

Tri County Transportation Inc. is seeking a School Bus Driver responsible for safely transporting students from pickup to destination. Responsibilities Transport clients from their pickup point to the destination in a timely and safe manner. Conduct pre‑trip inspections. Perform child checks after the route. Keep the vehicle within DOT regulations. Manage student behavior and maintain punctuality. Pass a background check, physical, and drug screening. Qualifications At least 21 years old. Valid driver’s license. Clean driving record. Professional demeanor and ability to manage student behavior. Pass required background check, physical, and drug screening. Compensation & Benefits Pay: $16.50 per hour. Benefits: 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, life insurance, vision insurance. Attendance bonus, performance bonus, safety bonus. Competitive wages, bonuses, and training for the right individual. Schedule Evening shift (Monday to Friday). Morning shift. Split shift. Expected hours: 20–30 per week.
