As an Events Assistant, you'll represent leading telecommunications services through face-to-face promotional events and customer engagement campaigns. Working alongside a supportive team, you'll help create positive customer experiences while developing practical skills in communication, sales, event marketing, and brand representation. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll work across promotional events, retail activations, and customer engagement campaigns where your role is to create a welcoming and professional experience for customers. A typical day may involve speaking with customers about mobile plans, internet services, and connectivity solutions, helping them understand available options and answering questions about products and services. You’ll learn how to identify customer needs, explain service benefits clearly, and support customers through the decision-making process. Responsibilities include: Assisting with the setup and execution of promotional events Welcoming customers and creating positive first impressions Introducing telecommunications products and services Explaining promotions, plans, and available service options Supporting customer registrations and account reviewsLearning how sales conversations are structured and delivered Working toward individual and team performance goals Representing client brands professionally at all times This role provides a strong introduction to sales by teaching you how to communicate value, build rapport, and guide conversations in a customer-focused way.
