Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary Holman is seeking a Financial Analyst to prepare and analyze financial plans, budgets, and forecasts, provide analytical support for projects, and develop tools to drive insights. Responsibilities Prepare Long Range Plan, Annual Budget, and Forecast for income and overhead lines. Perform analytical tasks and special projects as assigned. Prepare deliverables used to present financial results to Senior Management. Lead project‑based work and review the work of other Financial Analysts. Assist in the creation of analytical tools for project or ongoing use. Research and review KPIs and metrics for the business to identify new opportunities or products. Compile and generate ad‑hoc analytical reports. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, General Business Administration or another related field from an accredited college/university. 3+ years of demonstrated experience performing Accounting, Finance, or Economics‑related financial data analysis tasks.

Compensation Competitive wages commensurate with skills, experience, and education, ranging from $72,950.00 to $103,955.00 USD annually for full‑time employees.
