Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $50 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Screen, evaluate, and treat patients to restore function and mobility
- Develop individualized treatment plans and update discharge plans of care
- Document services accurately and timely to ensure continuity of care
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Techs per practice acts
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to maximize patient outcomes
- Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)
- Active state PT license (or ability to obtain before start)
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Adaptable and flexible to work in various facilities and settings
Education
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an APTA-accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong physical therapy assessment and treatment planning skills
- Patient evaluation and progress monitoring
- Accurate and timely documentation practices
- Effective collaboration and communication with patients, families, and care teams
- Supervision of PTAs and techs
