Experienced Service Electrician

Why Choose Current Electric Competitive Salary starting at $32 to $45 per hour, based on experience Comprehensive Health Benefits Package (medical, dental, and vision) including company-paid life insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) Work-Life Balance – Paid vacation and holidays / Flexible schedule 401(k) with company match up to 4% Employee bonus referral program Performance-based bonus opportunities Tuition reimbursement Ongoing training and professional development opportunities Company-provided vehicle for qualified team members Career advancement opportunities within a growing organization The Big Tasks of an Experienced Service Electrician Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and install electrical systems in residential and commercial environments Plan and layout electrical wiring and installations in accordance with NEC and local codes Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and job specifications Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong customer relationships Clearly communicate findings, recommendations, and solutions to customers in a professional manner Lead jobs independently while maintaining productivity, safety, and quality standards Mentor and support apprentices and junior electricians Coordinate materials and communicate effectively with dispatch, management, and team members Maintain accurate job documentation, invoices, and service records Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite Maintain company vehicle cleanliness and inventory Follow all company safety procedures and standards Participate in ongoing training and certification programs Adapt to changing priorities and perform additional duties as needed Key Qualifications for the Experienced Service Electrician Role Minimum 4 years of residential and/or commercial electrical experience required Strong customer-facing and customer service background required Previous service electrician experience strongly preferred Experience leading jobs and mentoring apprentices preferred Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Working knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes Ability to work independently and efficiently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High level of professionalism, dependability, and integrity Electrician license preferred Familiarity with CRM or service management software preferred (ServiceTitan experience is a plus) Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Must be insurable under company driving policy Ability to pass criminal background check and drug screening Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Ability to pull wire and work with conduit systems Ability to work overhead and in confined spaces Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, bending, climbing ladders, and working on scaffolding Ability to distinguish color‑coded wiring Desired Skills and Experience Enjoys solving problems and helping customers Thrives in a team-oriented environment Takes initiative and ownership of their work Maintains a positive attitude under pressure Demonstrates humility, accountability, and strong work ethic Wants to continue learning and growing professionally Leads by example and supports team success Here’s What You Can Expect When You Join Us Appreciation and Support: You will be valued and appreciated by your colleagues and leadership, creating a supportive and inclusive environment.
